time after time, it's been going on forever. a new event begins and it's impossible to teleport to the venue's region. i keep seeing sexy clothes promoted on Flickr that i absolutely have to have and when i try to access the event, well, sometimes days go by and the entire grid has gotten in except moi. it's just not fair. there's gotta be a better way.
now, i know there are cam sims being brought on to alleviate some of the capacity problem, but, of late, most of them are filled up too. can't the venue owner open up MORE?
i mean, if it's impossible for us lesser sorts to be able to access purchasing the wares, wouldn't it justify opening up another, and then another, until the demand is met? i'm sure it's been thought about, so just why can't the organizers implement it?
i'm supposing the purchase and roll out of a sim adjacent to the venue is problematic both in a logistical and timely fashion. it's not too much of a risk at this point, since as soon as a new event is scheduled, reality is, it's going to be swamped. just how long does it take the Lab to process a region request? it's not like it has to be populated with furnishings, it's only there for capacity. a flat landscaped region's all's that's necessary. what's the maximum avatar capacity for a region? 40?
we just need MORE available land to TP and cam shop. if the venue's in the center, that leaves 8 regions that would abut the event space. is it not viable economically? look at Fantasy Fair and how many sims they have? someone's got the cash for that, there has to be a good enough return on investment. why are these fashion events shy to address this issue?

hmmnm. looks like you can choose any available space on the grid by X,Y coordinates. as it is, existing regions have a region buffer surrounding their region. i wonder if the organizers for the most popular events might welcome a neighbour for the time of their event? couldn't hurt to ask....
